As a European preclinical metabolic disease contract research organization (CRO), InnoSer offers you a portfolio of multiple gold-standard mouse models of common metabolic diseases of different etiologies, ranging from obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and their common associated complications such as cognitive dysfunction and/or cardiac dysfunction. This selection allows you to choose and test your compound’s therapeutic efficacy to prevent or reverse insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, T2DM or advanced metabolic diseases such as NASH/NAFLD.
With a high translatability of results, each model is customizable and can be executed in conjunction with many of our standard drug development services (i.e., target validation, biomarker identification, pharmacology, PK/PD profiling, and/or early-stage toxicology studies).
